Cooking Coctails Fruit punch

Whether you prefer a summer punch with alcohol-free with lemonade, or filled with bubbly, this fruity recipe is for you.

  1. Place apricot nectar, passionfruit pulp and strawberries into a serving jug. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until required.
  2. To serve, pour apricot mixture into glasses so they are half-full. Top up with mineral water, lemonade or champagne.
