Cooking Coctails Passionfruit caiprinha

This passionfruit cocktail packs a punch of South American flavour.

  1. Place lime and sugar in a large serving jug. Using the handle end of a wooden spoon or rolling pin, pound the lime and sugar until lime is roughly crushed and sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the rum, passionfruit, soda water and ice cubes. Stir the mixture until well combined. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
