Punch is the perfect start to Mothers Day lunch. This tasty recipe is so easy, even the kids can lend a hand.

  1. Cut the watermelon into 1.5cm-thick slices. Use a 4cm star-shaped biscuit cutter to cut stars from the watermelon.
  2. Combine ginger ale, pineapple juice and mineral water in a serving bowl. Add watermelon stars and ice cubes.
