Cooking Coctails Melonade

The summer vibes of this cocktail has your dinner guests sorted.

  1. Place the sugar and water in a heatproof bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, process the watermelon in a food processor until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a bowl. Discard the solids. Stir in the lemon juice, rum, vodka, lemon slices and sugar syrup.
  3. Fill serving glasses with ice-cubes and mint sprigs. Pour over the watermelon mixture. Stir to combine.
