This frozen cocktail slushie is perfect for summery outdoor cocktail parties.
- Combine the cranberry juice, vodka, Cointreau and lime juice in a jug. Pour into a shallow metal container. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
- Use a large metal spoon to break mixture up. Place in a food processor and process until almost smooth. Spoon evenly among chilled serving glasses. Top with lime zest.
