Enjoy the exotic taste of this refreshing and flavoursome Asian-inspired beverage.

  1. Divide sugar between two 1 1/2 cup-capacity chilled glasses. Top with lime juice. Using a metal spoon, stir to combine.
  2. Place ice cubes in a snap-lock bag. Wrap in a tea towel. Using a rolling pin, gently crush. Divide between glasses. Stir to combine. Top with soda water. Serve.
