Dark and stormy

Cooking Coctails Dark and stormy

This drink is not to be stirred. The rum should sit at the top of the glass and fall down naturally.

  1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice
  2. Cut lime in half then squeeze the juice over ice, dropping the lime wedges in the glass as garnish
  3. Add ginger beer, almost to the rim
  4. Top with 30ml Bundaberg small batch rum & let the rum roll down through the ice.
