For a Girls Night get-together a couple of years back, my friend and I decided to set up a Create/Make Your Own Martini Bar where guests could make & try different types of martinis. We comprised a stack of martini recipe cards and stocked the bar with all the necessary ingredients. This was one of the drinks that I found in one of my books & shared with everyone. *pix came with recipe in my book.
- Rim a well-chilled, oversized martini glass in ground chocolate or hot chocolate mix. Overturn the glass and put the cherry in the bottom. Peel and slice half of the banana. Thoroughly blend together the banana with the Baileys Caramel Irish Cream, dark rum, vanilla ice cream, nutmeg and ice cubes. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and a banana slice.
