Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup light spreadable cream cheese
- 1 tbsp drained capers, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 6 slices wholegrain pumpernickel bread, halved
- 50g packet smoked salmon, cut into 12 pieces
- 1/4 small red onion, cut into thin slivers
- extra dill sprigs and capers, to serve
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, capers, lime juice and dill in a small bowl. Spread evenly over one side of pumpernickel.
- Top with smoked salmon, red onion, and extra dill sprigs and capers. Serve.
