Ingredients:

  • 200g smoked salmon 
  • 1 bunch trimmed asparagus 
  • 200g slice camembert 
  • Baby rocket leaves, to serve 
  • Crusty bread, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Layer 200g smoked salmon over the base of a greased 17 x 25cm (base) x 4cm deep ovenproof dish. Diagonally slice 1 bunch trimmed asparagus. Arrange over the smoked salmon. Top with 200g sliced camembert.
  2. Whisk together 8 eggs and 1/2 cup cream with salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour over the camembert. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  3. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Serve with baby rocket leaves and crusty bread.
