Ingredients:

  • 8 wholemeal bread slices 
  • 2 tbsp John West Spreadable Tuna 
  • 1/4 punnet snow pea sprouts, trimmed 
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved 

Instructions

  1. Use an 8cm-diameter round pastry cutter to cut discs from bread. Spread tuna over half the bread discs. Arrange snow pea sprouts, on the tuna to make the legs and feelers. Top with the remaining discs. Place the tomato, cut-side down, on top of the sandwiches to make red backs. Serve.
