Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup polenta 
  • 4 pork steaks 
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • 100g baby rocket 
  • 2 josephine pears, cored, thinly sliced 
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing 

Instructions

  1. Place polenta in a shallow dish. Add pork. Toss to coat.
