Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup polenta
- 4 pork steaks
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 100g baby rocket
- 2 josephine pears, cored, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Place polenta in a shallow dish. Add pork. Toss to coat.
