Five spice pork with hoisin sauce

Just a few simple ingredients are combined to create this delicious Asian-style pork.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 x 600g pork fillets
- 2 tsp five spice powder
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed and leaves separated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine hoisin with the oil. Brush the mixture over the pork fillets and sprinkle with the five spice powder.
- Place on a wire rack in a baking dish and cook for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.
- While the pork is cooking, steam the bok choy. To serve, slice the pork and serve with bok choy and extra hoisin.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onion if desired.
