Five spice pork with hoisin sauce

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp peanut oil, 2 x 600g pork fillets, 2 tsp five spice powder, 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed and leaves separated .

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce 
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil 
  • 2 x 600g pork fillets 
  • 2 tsp five spice powder 
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed and leaves separated 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine hoisin with the oil. Brush the mixture over the pork fillets and sprinkle with the five spice powder.
  2. Place on a wire rack in a baking dish and cook for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.
  3. While the pork is cooking, steam the bok choy. To serve, slice the pork and serve with bok choy and extra hoisin.
  4. Sprinkle with sliced green onion if desired.
