Ingredients:

  • 2 cups SunRice Basmati Rice 
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into large cubes 
  • 2 tbsp tandoori paste 
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped 
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt, plain and thick 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 

Instructions

  1. Place tandoori paste, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add chicken, stir and marinate for a few minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken on a barbecue or grill plate at a low to medium heat.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice, with your favourite Indian pickles.
