Instructions
- Preheat a barbecue or chargrill on medium-high. Cook the blue-eye trevalla steaks on preheated grill for 3 minutes each side or until brown and just cooked through.
- Meanwhile, trim the woody ends from the asparagus and cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Place the asparagus and rocket leaves on serving plates. Top with grilled blue-eye trevalla and drizzle with butter sauce. Serve immediately.
