This delicious Indian fish curry is a quick and easy meal to make for the whole family.

To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 cup Coles Brand Basmati rice, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 brown onion, sliced, 1 kg white fish fillets, cut into 3cm pieces, 500g jar Patak's Korma Simmer sauce , 1/4 cup water, 200g Perino tomatoes, 1 cup frozen Birds Eye field fresh Australian garden peas , 1/4 cup flaked almonds, toasted , to serve, 1/4 cup coriander leaves, to serve, 2 Mission garlic & herb naan breads, to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Coles Brand Basmati rice 
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1 brown onion, sliced 
  • 1 kg white fish fillets, cut into 3cm pieces 
  • 500g jar Patak's Korma Simmer sauce 
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 200g Perino tomatoes 
  • 1 cup frozen Birds Eye field fresh Australian garden peas 
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds, toasted , to serve 
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, to serve 
  • 2 Mission garlic & herb naan breads, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Cook rice following packet directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook for 1-2 mins or until soft. Add fish, simmer sauce and water. Cook for 5 mins or until fish is opaque. Add tomatoes and peas. Cook for 2 mins or until soft.
  3. Top curry with almonds and coriander and serve with rice and naan bread.
