  • 4 large pork loin chops 
  • 225g can pineapple pieces in natural syrup, drained 
  • 100g shaved leg ham, roughly chopped 
  • 2 tsp dried oregano 
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup low-fat grated cheese 
  • Green salad, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chops into a large ovenproof baking dish.
  2. Mix together pineapple, ham, oregano, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto chops. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake chops for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with salad.
