  • 75g bought coleslaw salad mix 
  • 40g roast pork, sliced 
  • 1/4 small green capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced 
  • 25g raw cashews 
  • 50g Chang’s Crunchy Noodles 
  • 3 tsp bought Asian-style dressing 

Instructions

  1. Place the coleslaw mix, pork, capsicum, cashews and noodles in a medium bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Add the dressing and toss gently to coat.
