Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 400g lean pork mince
- 1/2 x 227g can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
- 100g green beans, finely sliced
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed
- Steamed doongara rice, to serve
Instructions
- Combine oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon cold water in a bowl. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until onion has softened.
- Increase heat to medium-high. Add mince. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned.
- Add chestnuts, beans and oyster sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans are tender. Spoon into lettuce leaves. Serve with rice.
