To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 red capsicum, thickly sliced, 400g Naranka Gold pumpkin, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp olive oil, 400g Coles Australian Pork Scotch Fillet Steaks, Coles Grill Harissa Heat Seasoning , 450g loaf Bazaar Turkish Pide Bread, halved crossways and horizontally, 1 green oak leaf lettuce, 2/3 cup Beerenberg Burger Relish , Oven-baked fries, to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 red capsicum, thickly sliced 
  • 400g Naranka Gold pumpkin, thinly sliced г.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil г.
  • 400g Coles Australian Pork Scotch Fillet Steaks г.
  • Coles Grill Harissa Heat Seasoning г.
  • 450g loaf Bazaar Turkish Pide Bread, halved crossways and horizontally г.
  • 1 green oak leaf lettuce г.
  • 2/3 cup Beerenberg Burger Relish г.
  • Oven-baked fries, to serve г.

Instructions

  1. Heat a large chargrill pan on medium-high. Place capsicum and pumpkin in a large bowl. Add half the oil and toss to combine. Cook on grill for 5-7 mins or until golden and tender.
  2. Meanwhile, rub the remaining oil over the pork. Grind harissa seasoning over the pork until well coated. Cook on grill for 2-3 mins each side or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Toast bread on grill.
  3. Slice the pork thinly. Top the bread with lettuce, capsicum, pumpkin, pork and relish. Cut in half again. Serve with fries.
