- 1 cup white long-grain rice
- 400g lean pork mince
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- Soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions
- Place rice in a bowl, cover with cold water and set aside to soak for 1 hour.
- Place the pork mince, spring onions, chopped coriander, soy sauce and grated ginger in a food processor and pulse to combine. Wet your hands (so that mixture does not stick to them) and shape the mixture into small balls about the size of walnuts.
- Drain the rice, then spread onto a tea towel and pat dry to remove as much moisture as possible. Roll balls in rice until they are completely coated.
- Place a steamer over a saucepan of simmering water and steam pork balls for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Carefully remove pork balls from the bamboo steamer and serve with soy and sweet chilli sauces for dipping.
