Ingredients:
- 4 small pork loin steaks or leg steaks
- 1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled, core removed, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sage leaves
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Green beans, steamed, to serve
Instructions
- Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat on high. Cook steak for 2-3 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.
- Add pineapple and onion to pan. Cook for 3 minutes, turning pineapple. Return steaks to pan with sage leaves.
- Drizzle syrup over. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened slightly serve with steamed green beans.
