To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 120g bag Coles Brand baby mediterranean-style salad, 1 bunch chives, snipped, 1/2 cup parsley leaves, 1/2 cup Masterfoods tomato relish, plus extra to serve, 1/2 cup sour cream , 6 Mission wraps, 500g leftover sliced roast pork, 1/2 cup grated cheese .

Ingredients:

  • 120g bag Coles Brand baby mediterranean-style salad 
  • 1 bunch chives, snipped 
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves 
  • 1/2 cup Masterfoods tomato relish, plus extra to serve 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 
  • 6 Mission wraps 
  • 500g leftover sliced roast pork 
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese 

Instructions

  1. Combine salad mix, chives and parsley. Spread a little tomato relish and sour cream along the centre of each wrap.
  2. Top with sliced pork, salad and a little cheese. Roll up to enclose. Wrap in baking paper and tie with twine to secure. Serve with extra relish, if using.
