To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2cup desiccated coconut, 125g butter, melted , 250g PASCALL Marshmallows, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup cream, whipped , 8 strawberries, halved, 110g CADBURY Milk Baking Chocolate, melted, for drizzling.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2cup desiccated coconut
- 125g butter, melted
- 250g PASCALL Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 8 strawberries, halved
- 110g CADBURY Milk Baking Chocolate, melted, for drizzling
Instructions
- Sift together the flour and cocoa into a bowl, then stir through the sugar and coconut. Add the melted butter and stir to combine. Press into the base of a greased and paper lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan (ensure paper extends 5cm above the top of the pan). Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Combine the marshmallows and milk in a bowl and stir over a saucepan of gently simmering water until melted and smooth. Cool to room temperature. Fold in the cream then pour over base. Cover and chill until required.
- Top the slice with strawberries then drizzle with chocolate. Store chilled, in an airtight container until required. Cut into pieces and serve at room temperature.
