To make this dish at home by prescription from the author sheff would need: 3/4 c. 70% unsweetened dark chocolate, 12 tbsp. coconut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3/4 tsp. stevia .

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. 70% unsweetened dark chocolate 
  • 12 tbsp. coconut butter 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 3/4 tsp. stevia 

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine coconut butter and chocolate.
  2. Microwave for 40 seconds or until melted and combined.
  3. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
  4. Pour into a silicone loaf pan or a parchment paper-lined pan.
  5. Place into the fridge for 2+ hours or freezer for 1 hour until it’s solidified.
  6. Remove from the pan and cut into pieces.
