- Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9" square baking pan with foil; grease. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in 1 egg and flour. Gently fold in raspberries (do not over-mix).
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; transfer half of batter to pan. Top with cream cheese batter; gently spread. Spread remaining brownie batter over cheesecake layer. Bake 55–60 min., until pick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Cool 2 hrs.
