To make this dish at home by prescription from the author shef would need: 1 can fruit cocktail, 1 pkg instant lemon pudding, 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding, 1 c mandrain oranges, drained, 2 bananas .

Ingredients:

  • 1 can fruit cocktail 
  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding 
  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding 
  • 1 c mandrain oranges, drained 
  • 2 bananas 

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from peaches, pineapples, and fruit cocktail and use to mix the puddings. (DO NOT) use mandrain juice for this. Then mix the fruit into the pudding
  2. Add the sliced bananas before serving
  3. Diabetics can use the sugar- free fruit and puddings.
