Ingredients:

• 2 c chocolate, at least 70% bittersweet, chopped 

Instructions

1. In small saucepan over medium heat, stir milk and sugar and bring to a very low boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and add chocolate. Continue to cook and stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
3. Divide into 4 small or 2 large cups and serve warm. If desired, add whipped cream from a can and enjoy!
