This quick and easy vegetarian pasta dish has roasted hazelnuts for added crunch and flavour.

Ingredients:
- 400g penne pasta
- 2/3 cup spreadable cream cheese
- 1 large lemon, rind finely grated
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 100g baby English spinach, trimmed
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Cook penne following packet directions. Drain and return to saucepan.
- Add cream cheese, lemon rind and nutmeg to hot pasta. Stir through until cheese has melted and coats pasta.
- Add spinach, nuts and salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
