Instructions
- Place the water in a large saucepan over high heat. Season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil.
- Pour in polenta and cook, stirring with a balloon whisk, for 2 minutes or until combined. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, for 50 minutes or until smooth. Add the parmesan and butter and stir until combined. Serve immediately.
