  • 2 tbsp parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese, to serve 
  • Tomato salsa, to serve 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Cut pita bread into 8 wedges. Place on a baking tray. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden. Serve with tomato salsa.
