Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
- 50g butter, chopped
- 1/3 cup cream
- salt and cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 20 minutes or until soft. Remove from heat, drain and return to pan.
- Add the butter, cream, salt and pepper and use a potato masher to mash until smooth and combined.
- Transfer the mash to a large serving bowl and 'swirl' the mustard through the mash with a spoon. Serve immediately.
