To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1/2 cup Coles Brand Australian White Grain Quinoa, rinsed, 1/3 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp plain flour, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1 carrot, grated , 2 spring onions, sliced, 2 Coles Brand Australian Free Range Eggs, Olive oil spray , 4 Coles Brand Hamburger Rolls, split, toasted, Mayonnaise, to serve, Mixed salad leaves, to serve, Coles Brand Premium Roasted Capsicum Chutney, to serve.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Coles Brand Australian White Grain Quinoa, rinsed
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 Coles Brand Australian Free Range Eggs
- Olive oil spray
- 4 Coles Brand Hamburger Rolls, split, toasted
- Mayonnaise, to serve
- Mixed salad leaves, to serve
- Coles Brand Premium Roasted Capsicum Chutney, to serve
Instructions
- Cook the quinoa following packet directions. Set aside to cool completely. Place in a large bowl. Stir in the oats, flour, parmesan, carrot, spring onion and eggs. Season. Shape into 4 even-sized patties.
- Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray. Cook the patties over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins on each side.
- Spread roll bases with mayonnaise. Top with mixed salad leaves, quinoa patties, chutney and roll tops to serve.
