- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Place the oil and garlic in a cold frypan and place over medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until softened. Add tomato, season and remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain, then toss the pasta with sauce. Top with brie and basil. Season and serve.
