Ingredients:

  • 500g frozen corn kernels 
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed 
  • 300ml Bulla light cooking cream 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese 
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 

Instructions

  1. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add frozen corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until corn is charred and just tender. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Add the cream. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until cream is heated through. Remove from heat. Season well with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and paprika. Serve.
