- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 12 small flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed

Instructions
- Combine garlic and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
- Brush mushroom tops with balsamic mixture. Spray lightly with oil. Place stalk-side up on grill tray.
- Preheat grill on high. Grill mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Spray bread with oil. Grill for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Arrange mushrooms and bread on serving plates. Sprinkle with parsley.
