Ingredients:
- 65g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 red cabbage, cored, finely shredded
- 10 sweet spiced gherkins, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Whisk the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Combine the cabbage, gherkin and dill in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
