Ingredients:

  • 65g mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
  • 1/4 red cabbage, cored, finely shredded 
  • 10 sweet spiced gherkins, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill 

Instructions

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Combine the cabbage, gherkin and dill in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
