Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Mixed salad leaves
Instructions
- Whisk yoghurt, olive oil, cream, lemon juice, chives and mustard in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over mixed salad leaves.
