Ingredients:
- 185ml water
- 100g caster sugar
- 350g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 20g butter, chopped
- 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
- 2 tbsp finely chopped unsalted pistachio kernels
Instructions
- Place the water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Increase heat to medium and bring to the boil. Add the chocolate. Use a balloon whisk to whisk until the mixture returns to the boil.
- Remove from heat. Whisk in the butter, orange rind and pistachio. Set aside, stirring occasionally, to cool completely. Pour into an airtight glass bottle or jar.
