A cross between broccoli and gai lan, this dark green vegie has a long, elegant stem and a small head. The best thing is, theres no waste - both head and stem are tender and tasty.

Ingredients:
- 60g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 French shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed, cut into long florets
Instructions
- Place the butter, shallot, parsley, tarragon and chives in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Cook the broccolini in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 5 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Drain.Transfer to a serving dish. Top with the butter mixture and set aside until the butter melts. Serve.
