Ingredients:

  • 1kg frozen peas 
  • 20g butter, chopped 
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed 
  • 1/3 cup small fresh mint leaves 

Instructions

  1. Cook the peas in a large saucepan following packet directions or until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
  2. Add the butter and garlic to the peas and season with salt and pepper. Gently toss until the butter melts and the mixture is well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the mint leaves to serve.
