Raita is the perfect compliment to a spicy indian curry. The cool greek-style yoghurt will soothe your palette and enhance the subtle flavours of the main dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1 large Lebanese cucumber, seeds removed, finely diced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Place yoghurt, cucumber, mint, cumin and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt. Stir to combine. Serve with biryani and curries.
