Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 lavash breads
- marinated antipasto vegetables, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease 2 baking trays.
- Combine oil, garlic and oregano in a bowl. Brush breads with oil mixture. Cut each bread into 4cm x 5cm pieces. Place, oiled side up, in a single layer, on prepared trays. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
