Ingredients:
- 1.5kg Desiree potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 250g light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Place into a large bowl. Add oil, and salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Place onto baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, turning occasionally, or until golden and tender.
- Make creamy chilli sauce Place cream cheese, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice into a food processor. Process until well combined and smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Serve with wedges.
