To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 70g crunchy peanut butter, 125ml coconut milk, 1/2 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tsp kecap manis, 2 tsp fresh lime juice , 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin , 1/2 tsp ground coriander.

Ingredients:

  • 70g crunchy peanut butter 
  • 125ml coconut milk 
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed 
  • 2 tsp kecap manis 
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice 
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder 
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin 
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander 

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.
