To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 70g crunchy peanut butter, 125ml coconut milk, 1/2 garlic clove, crushed, 2 tsp kecap manis, 2 tsp fresh lime juice , 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin , 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
Ingredients:
- 70g crunchy peanut butter
- 125ml coconut milk
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp kecap manis
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.
