To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1/4 small red cabbage, 1/4 small green cabbage, 1 large carrot, peeled, cut into thin ribbons, 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves , 1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice .
Ingredients:
- 1/4 small red cabbage
- 1/4 small green cabbage
- 1 large carrot, peeled, cut into thin ribbons
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut cabbage leaves into 3cm pieces. Cut carrot ribbons into thirds crossways. Combine cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley in a bowl.
- Place mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour over cabbage mixture. Toss to combine. Serve.
