Ingredients:

  • 400g spunta or sebago potatoes, peeled 
  • 1kg celeriac bulb, trimmed, peeled 
  • 20g butter, chopped 
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard 
  • 1/4 cup milk 

Instructions

  1. Cut potato and celeriac into 3cm pieces. Cook in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return to pan over low heat. Add butter, mustard and milk. Mash. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
