Sumac crispbread

Ingredients:

  • 6 Lebanese bread rounds 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tsp sumac 
  • 2 tsp sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Divide half the bread between 3 large baking trays. Brush bread with half the oil. Sprinkle with half the sumac and salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool. Repeat.
  2. Break bread into large coarse shards. Serve.
