Ingredients:
- 6 Lebanese bread rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sumac
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Divide half the bread between 3 large baking trays. Brush bread with half the oil. Sprinkle with half the sumac and salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool. Repeat.
- Break bread into large coarse shards. Serve.
