To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, 1 tsp spicy Italian blend dried herbs, 2 tsp whole fresh rosemary leaves, 200g feta, cut into 2cm cubes, 2 small dried bay leaves , Olive oil .
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 1 tsp spicy Italian blend dried herbs
- 2 tsp whole fresh rosemary leaves
- 200g feta, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 small dried bay leaves
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash a 2 cup-capacity jar and lid in hot soapy water. Rinse in hot water. Drain upside-down until completely dry.
- Place peppercorns, dried herbs, rosemary and feta in a bowl. Stir gently to combine. Add bay leaves. Spoon mixture into prepared jar. Add oil to cover feta. Seal jar. Refrigerate for at least 2 days for flavours to develop.
