To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 80ml olive oil, 60ml fresh lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander , 2 tsp sweet mild paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp bought chopped chilli , 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp turmeric.
Ingredients:
- 80ml olive oil
- 60ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tsp sweet mild paprika
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp bought chopped chilli
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
