To make this dish at home by prescription from the author Gomer would need: 80ml olive oil, 60ml fresh lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander , 2 tsp sweet mild paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp bought chopped chilli , 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp turmeric.

Ingredients:

  • 80ml olive oil 
  • 60ml fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley 
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 
  • 2 tsp sweet mild paprika 
  • 2 tsp ground cumin 
  • 1 tsp bought chopped chilli 
  • 1 tsp ground coriander 
  • 1 tsp turmeric 

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
